AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce the promotion of Tiffany Bowman to Watertown Branch Manager. Bowman previously served as Insurance Concierge at the Watertown office.

In her new position, Bowman, who started working at AAA nearly one year ago, will lead the Watertown office and oversee branch operations including travel, insurance, and membership efforts. Bowman brings a wealth of experience to the role having worked at Allstate Insurance and AT&T during her career, and she looks forward to utilizing her people skills.

“I’m an empathetic person, and I connect with people on a personal level,” she said. “That’s huge in running any business - you have to care about the people and the community you live and work in.”

As a participant in our Leadership Development Plan, she has shown exceptional initiative and strategic thinking,” said Tana Garcia, Senior Manager of Branch Operations at AAA WCNY. “She is known for her outstanding customer service, effective use of Salesforce to drive business results, and her 10 years of management experience in sales, leadership, and employee development. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is passionate about community involvement and giving back—values that align perfectly with our mission at AAA.”

A Watertown native, Bowman says she looks forward to expanding AAA’s awareness in the region. “I am excited to make AAA an active part of the community and bring additional traffic in the door,” she said. “I’d love to see a bustling office where the whole community seeks advice and offerings that AAA has besides road service - all the benefits of travel, insurance, ID protection, and more.”

AAA Watertown employs four people and has one open position in insurance.

Bowman attended Jefferson Community College and originally planned to focus on accounting, so her financial acumen will play a role in her new position. She and her husband have four children, three daughters and a son, and are a big sports family. In her spare time, Bowman likes to attend major league soccer games or spend time on the beach. She’s an avid music lover and is looking forward to an upcoming vacation to the Dominican Republic.
