AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce the promotion of Todd Ingraham to Director of Automotive Service Operations. Ingraham was most recently the Central New York Fleet Operations Manager, a role he held since 2007 after serving as Emergency Road Service Business Advisor/Trainer for 10 years. He has been a dedicated associate at AAA for 31 years, and his extensive management experience and deep knowledge of the towing industry have been invaluable assets to the AAA team. He will continue to work out of AAA’s CNY Fleet location in East Syracuse.

In his new role, Ingraham will continue enhancing the quality and efficiency of the services AAA provides to its members, ensuring that AAA continues to deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
