AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce it has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Western New York by Buffalo Business First. AAA took home the third place award this year in the XL category at the annual Best Places to Work ceremony held on March 13 at Buffalo RiverWorks. The categories are based on company size.

While AAA Western and Central New York has made the list of Best Places to Work for eight consecutive years, since 2018, this is the fifth consecutive time the organization placed in the top three rankings, which are based solely on employee feedback shared in a survey conducted by an outside company, Quantum Workplace. The anonymous survey measures six key engagement categories, focusing on communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in leadership.

This year, Buffalo Business First’s 15th annual Healthiest Employer Awards were combined with Best Places to Work. AAA Western and Central New York was one of 29 companies recognized as a healthy workplace in Western New York. The businesses were selected through a process coordinated by Springbuk, a health analytics firm that researches corporate wellness trends.

Since Business First is a Buffalo publication, the survey was only open to associates in the Buffalo region, where AAA’s corporate office is located though the organization serves Rochester and Central New York as well.
