AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce it has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Western New York by Buffalo Business First. AAA took home the third-place award this year in the XL category at the annual Best Places to Work ceremony held on March 12 at Buffalo RiverWorks. The categories are based on company size.

While AAA Western and Central New York has made the list of Best Places to Work for nine consecutive years, since 2018, this is the sixth consecutive time the organization has placed in the top three rankings, which are based solely on employee feedback shared in a survey conducted by an outside company, Quantum Workplace. The anonymous survey measures six key engagement categories, focusing on communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.

Since Business First is a Buffalo publication, the survey was open only to associates in the Buffalo region, where AAA’s corporate office is located, though the organization also serves Rochester and Central New York.
