AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce the promotion of Corally Munoz to Safety Manager. Munoz previously served as Assistant Safety Manager for AAA.
In her new position, Munoz will lead the organization’s safety initiatives by coordinating all safety-related activities, fostering a proactive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. In addition, she will work to minimize risks while improving overall safety at AAA. Munoz will continue to be based out of AAA Amherst Headquarters as she leads safety efforts across the Western and Central New York region.
“My vision as Safety Manager is to create a vibrant culture of safety and sustainability,” said Munoz. “With this promotion my effort and dedication were recognized and trusted with the new role.”
Munoz joined AAA in 2022. Prior to that, she focused on safety as a Senior Environmental Specialist within the pharmaceutical industry. She is a graduate of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in biology.
In addition to a focus on safety, Munoz has also helped lead several sustainability initiatives during her time at AAA, including improved recycling and the installation of energy-saving LED lighting.
“Corally has been an invaluable member of our team, consistently demonstrating exceptional dedication, leadership, and expertise in safety management,” said AAA Western and Central New York Director of Property Management and Safety Brent Dahlhaus. “We are confident that her skills and experience will further enhance our safety programs and contribute to our Club’s ongoing success.”
Munoz was born and raised in Puerto Rico and lived in Florence, Italy for about three years. She currently resides in Getzville, New York, with her husband and two teenage children. In her free time, she enjoys working out, Pilates, and when the weather is sunnier, swimming and camping.
