Roadside Survey Sweepstakes
Terms and Conditions
- The entrant hereby consents to the use by AAA Western and Central New York, Inc. (“AAAWCNY”) of any and all information provided in the online survey. Please see the AAAWCNY privacy policy for additional information on how information is used (available at aaa.com).
- Employees and their immediate families of AAAWCNY are not eligible to enter such sweepstakes. The immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- Open to residents of AAA Western and Central New York (Club 084) territory only. Entries received from persons residing outside of the territory, or where restricted or prohibited by law, will be disqualified.
- Participants enter the sweepstakes by filling out the AAA Western and Central NY – ERS Survey.
- Only one survey may be filled out per person for the duration of the promotion. Valid contest entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- The sweepstakes prize is only applicable to those who complete the AAA Western and Central NY – ERS Survey. It is not applicable to individuals who respond to other AAAWCNY surveys (including related to travel or insurance services).
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
- The winning entry will be randomly selected from the AAA Western and Central NY – ERS Surveys received between 12:01 AM EST on July 1, 2024, and 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2024. The winning entry will be randomly selected on October 9, 2024, and communicated to the winning entrant by October 11, 2024. Winners will be contacted by a representative from AAAWCNY by either telephone and/or email.
- Entrants need not be present to win. AAAWCNY shall make one attempt to contact winning entrants. In the event that a winning entrant does not respond, AAAWCNY may select an alternate winner. All decisions of AAAWCNY personnel regarding the picking of winners shall be final.
- The winning entry will receive one (1) $250.00 Visa gift card (the “Prize”). No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for all or any portion of the Prize is allowed except at AAAWCNY’s sole discretion. The Prize or any portion of the Prize is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash or another Prize. Unused components of the Prize have no redeemable cash value. AAAWCNY reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any portion of the Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.
- AAAWCNY or its agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected online surveys or for miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
- This sweepstakes is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.
- By entering, participants release and hold harmless AAAWCNY, including its directors, officers, employees, or subsidiaries from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.
- If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the sweepstakes, AAAWCNY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the sweepstakes without notice to the entrants.
Entry into the sweepstakes does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the Prize offered for the sweepstakes.
