Event Details (Choose One)
- Buffalo Bisons: Two (2) flex tickets to any home game during the 2025 season (excluding the July 3rd BPO game) Tickets subject to availability.
- Syracuse Mets: Two (2) tickets for Friday, July 4, 2025, vs. Worcester Red Sox | 6:35 PM | Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks.
- Rochester Red Wings: Two (2) tickets for Friday, August 22, 2025, vs. Toledo Mud Hens | 6:45 PM | AAA Night at the Ballpark & Fireworks.
Additional Information
- The contest is open to current AAA Western and Central New York Members with three (3) or more years of continuous membership.
- Each selected Member will receive two (2) tickets to the game of their choice.
- Limit of one (1) pair of tickets per membership/household.

Please complete the form below to be considered for entry. Event registrations are limited to 125 tickets per each game.
You will receive an email from AAA within seven (7) days confirming whether you have been selected to participate.
If selected, your tickets will be mailed to the address provided on your registration form.
Terms & Conditions
AAA Western and Central New York 125th Anniversary Member Appreciation Event with AAA
(the “Events”)
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The Event(s) are open to AAA Western and Central New York (“AAAWCNY”) currently active Members with three (3) or more years of continuous membership as of May 1, 2025. Employees of AAAWCNY and their immediate families (spouse and children) are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Entries received from persons outside AAAWCNY territory, or where restricted or prohibited by law, will be disqualified.
Registration: Participants may register for one (1) game of their choice by completing the registration form linked in the Event email distributed by AAAWCNY. Registration is non-transferable and has no cash value. Registrations may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged.
Entry Limitations: Participants may only register for one (1) game. Only one (1) entry form may be submitted per person. Entries must be complete and include all requested information. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified. Event registrations are limited to 125 tickets per each game.
Registration Deadline: Registration forms must be submitted by Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Late entries will not be considered.
Selection Process: Event spots are limited to 187 Members and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. Registration does not guarantee participation. Winners will be contacted by a representative from AAAWCNY by email within seven (7) days confirming selection; tickets will be mailed to the address provided on your registration form.
Prize: Each winner will receive two (2) tickets for one of the following: (1) Buffalo Bisons –valid for any Bisons home game - tickets subject to availability (excluding the July 3rd BPO Game); (2) Syracuse Mets – July 4, 2025 game; (3) Rochester Red Wings – August 22, 2025. Limit of one (1) pair of tickets per membership/household.
Non-Transferability: No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for all or any portion of the Event(s) is permitted, except at AAAWCNY’s sole discretion. Unused components of the Event(s) have no redeemable cash value. AAAWCNY reserves the right to substitute the Event(s) or any portion thereof with an item or experience of equal or greater value for any reason.
Limitation of Liability: AAAWCNY and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical, human, or electronic errors of any kind that may occur in the entry or selection process.
Void Where Prohibited: This promotion is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
Release and Assumption of Risk: By registering for and participating in the Event(s), you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation, including the risk of personal injury, death, and property damage. You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAAWCNY, its affiliates, partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Event(s).
Event Changes and Cancellations: AAAWCNY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, reschedule, or terminate the Event(s) for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, venue changes, or any cause beyond its control, without liability or prior notice to participants.
No Vested Rights: Entry into the Event(s) does not create any vested right or interest in any prize, ticket, or benefit offered.
Privacy: Entrant consents to the use by AAAWCNY of any and all information provided in the registration form. Please see the AAAWCNY privacy policy for additional information (available at aaa.com).
