AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce the promotion of Jon Carroll to Central New York Fleet Operations Manager. He has been a dedicated AAA team member for the past 13 years, all of which he has spent in Automotive Services. His most recent role was Assistant Manager of CNY Fleet Operations, where he consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to service excellence. He will continue to work out of AAA’s CNY Fleet location in East Syracuse.

In his new position, Carroll will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the continued success of the Fleet team in the future, ensuring associates and members’ needs are met with the highest standards of AAA.

His broad experience and strategic insight have made him an invaluable asset to our organization.”

A resident of North Syracuse, Jon loves spending time camping with his family and friends and enjoys any time spent outside.
