Jennifer Fincik Takes on New Leadership Role at AAA

AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Fincik to Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer. Fincik was most recently Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer, a role she held since 2012.

 
As COO, she is now responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth across key areas of the business, including Insurance, Travel, Membership, Member Services, Marketing, and Salesforce investments. She leads cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize sales performance, and ensure compliance and brand integrity. Fincik’s focus is on execution, innovation, and customer-centricity as she partners with the executive team to align operations with the club’s mission, strategic plan, and long-term goals.

Fincik has 30 years of extensive senior-level experience. Prior to joining AAA in 2012, she served as Chief Financial Officer of New Buffalo Shirt Factory in Clarence. Fincik previously worked at AAA as Director of Finance and held the position of senior auditor at KPMG. In addition, Fincik serves as Board member for Highmark Western and Northeastern New York, Inc.; and she serves as Treasurer and Director of the Auto Club of Western and Central New York Foundation for Traffic Safety, Inc.


Fincik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a lifelong resident of Buffalo.
