Notice of Annual Meeting
Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of Members of AAA Western and Central New York (“AAA”) will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 100 International Drive, Buffalo, New York, at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of electing directors and for such other business that may properly come before the meeting.
Three candidates are to be elected directors. The following persons have been nominated to serve as directors:
- Sylvia Bennett (Buffalo) (term ending December 2028)
- Gary Crosby (Buffalo) (term ending December 2026)
- Jett Mehta (Rochester) (term ending December 2028)
Pursuant to Club Bylaws, any member wishing to bring business before the Annual Meeting is required to give written notice to the Secretary of AAA no later than Sunday, November 16, 2025. Members may vote in person or by proxy. Proxy ballots are available at all offices of AAA.
