Autographed Jersey & AAA Membership Prize Pack - Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
AAA Autographed Jersey & AAA Membership Prize Pack Give-a-way (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of the United States and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, at time of entry. In the event of a dispute about whether a potential entrant legally resides in the stated geographic area, Sponsor reserves the right to determine whether someone lives within the geographic area in its sole discretion. To be eligible for a AAA Membership, the entrant must reside within the AAA Western and Central New York territory. Entrants must also have a valid e-mail account and Internet access. The Giveaway is not open to employees, representatives or agents of AAA Western and Central New York, the advertising and promotional organizations for this Giveaway, the respective subsidiaries and/or affiliates of any of the foregoing, (collectively, the “Giveaway Parties” or “Sponsor”), and any person domiciled with, or an immediate family member of, any of the Giveaway Parties. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. The award of a prize is contingent upon complying with all conditions and rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. FOR CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY: In addition, if the eligible winner is a resident of Canada then he/she will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release). Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.
Entry Period
The giveaway entry period begins on Friday, November 28, 2025 at 3:00pm (EST) and ends on Friday, November 28, 2025 at 5:30pm (EST).
How to Enter
In order to enter and be eligible to be selected as a winner, during the Giveaway Period, entrant will need to fill out an online entry form on the AAA Western and Central New York website (AAA.com/Giveaway). Limit one entry per person. The Giveaway Parties and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, governors, agents and employees are not liable for lost, late, stolen, illegible, delayed, tampered with, misdirected or otherwise deficient entries that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Giveaway in any way.
Winner Selection
- The winner must be present at the game to win.
- The winner will be drawn after the conclusion of the game.
- The winner will be notified by email, phone, or text on the next business day following the game.
- The winner can pick up the jersey at a AAA Western and Central New York branch or arrangements will be made to send the prize to the winner.
Prize
- The prize is one signed NHL Jersey and a one year Membership with AAA Western and Central New York.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Total approximate value of the giveaway is $400.
General Conditions
- AAA Western and Central New York reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical
failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the giveaway. - By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of AAA Western and Central New York which are final and binding.
Privacy / Collection of Information
Collection of any personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the privacy policy of AAA Western and Central New York (“Privacy Policy”), located at westerncentralny.aaa.com/general/privacy-policy. By participating in this Sweepstakes entrants agree to collection of such information and acknowledge they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy
Limitation of Liability
AAA Western and Central New York is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or
unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway.
Governing Law
The giveaway is governed by the laws of New York State, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of New York State.
