I have visited many countries in Western Europe and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Italy is my favorite location, I started learning about Italy and the Language as a young person, and it holds a special place in my heart.

​I have visited many countries in Western Europe and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Italy is my favorite location, I started learning about Italy and the Language as a young person, and it holds a special place in my heart. 

I’ve traveled to Europe on guided tours 3 times. I’ve traveled to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, England. The guided tours offer such an amazing opportunity to see and do a lot during a trip.  During my study abroad semester in Florence, Italy I was able to travel via train to many local cities, Viareggio, Siena, Cinque Terre, and others. I also traveled to Valencia, Spain and Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

I recently went on my first Ocean Cruise with Royal Caribbean and was able to experience some of the Caribbean Islands as well as Perfect Day at Coco Cay. The beach island at Coco Cay was fabulous and we enjoyed our time there floating on a mat in the water and lounging in our beach chairs. Our other ports were Falmouth, Jamica and Georgetown, Grand Caymen. You must see the blue water and experience the sting rays!

I have also earned my Commodore Badge with Princess Cruise Line and am an Alaska Certified Expert! I am also certified in River Cruising with Viking. Rocky Mountaineer and Canyon Spirit are other companies that I have earned certification with for train travel in the US and Canada. Most recently, I spent a week in Costa Rica on a learning trip visiting the hotels and attractions in the Arenal, Guanacaste, and Monteverde areas.
