AAA Members, this one's just for you. Grab your spot now for a cool experience you won't want to miss!

Here's the scoop:

  • Registration is by household, but we'll need to know how many skaters and non-skaters will be attending in your group.
  • Got skates? Awesome - bring your own if you can.
  • Need skates? We've got a limited stash available for free, but sizes aren't guaranteed.
  • Kids under 12 must wear a hockey or bike helmet - safety first!
  • Heads up: helmet rentals aren't available, so please bring your own.

OFFICIAL RULES OF THE AAA WESTERN AND CENTRAL NEW YORK MEMBER APPRECIATION SKATING EVENT (the “Event”)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. This Event is open to all AAA Western and Central New York (“AAAWCNY”) current members. AAAWCNY reserves the right to expand the eligibility terms in its sole discretion.  

  2. Participants may register for either (or both) Event(s) by completing the form included in the Event email shared by AAAWCNY. Registrations are non-transferable and are not to be sold.

  3. Employees and their immediate families of AAAWCNY are not eligible to register for the Event. Immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children.

  4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to register for the Event.

  5. Participants may register for the Event by completing the form included in the Event email shared by AAAWCNY. Registrations are non-transferable. Only the individual registered may attend the Event, with three (3) guests (if both Member and guest(s) are skating, or four (4) guests if the Member is not skating).

  6. Only one entry form may be filled out per person. Entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete entries may be disqualified.

  7. The event is limited to 200 skaters per session. Participants may only register for one of the offered sessions. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached for each session.

  8. All Members who successfully register for the event will receive a confirmation email.

  9. If the Event reaches capacity, AAAWCNY reserves the right to create a waitlist. You will be notified via email if a spot becomes available.

  10. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so by Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

  11. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for all or any portion of the Event is allowed except at AAAWCNY’s sole discretion. The Event or any portion of the Event is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash or another Event. Unused components have no redeemable cash value. AAAWCNY reserves the right to substitute the Event or any portion of the Event for one of equal or greater value for any reason.

  12. AAAWCNY or its agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected registration forms or for miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

  13. This promotion is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.

  14. By entering, participants release and hold harmless AAAWCNY, including its directors, officers, employees, or subsidiaries from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.

  15. If for any reason the Event is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the Event, AAAWCNY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Event without notice to the entrants.

  16. Entry does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the prize offered.

  17. By applying for and participating in the Event, (1) you acknowledge that the activities related to the Event may be dangerous and may involve the risk of serious injury, death, and/or property damage; and (2) you certify that in the case of an accident, personal injury or death, you will not hold AAAWCNY, its directors, officers, agents, contractors, employees, and volunteers, or any AAAWCNY partner involved in the Promotion responsible for any bodily injury, death or property damage and hereby release any director, officer, agent, contractor, employee, or volunteer of AAAWCNY or its partner(s) for any claim or claims that might arise as a result of bodily injury, death, or property damage or as a result of your participation in the Event. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AAAWCNY.
