OFFICIAL RULES OF THE AAA WESTERN AND CENTRAL NEW YORK ANDREA SIMON GIVEAWAY

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

 

  1. This Promotion is conducted solely by AAA Western and Central New York ("AAAWCNY"). Andrea Simon collaborates with AAAWCNY for promotional marketing purposes, but she is not responsible or involved with administering this Promotion. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to AAAWCNY.
  2. This Promotion is open to all AAAWCNY current members. AAAWCNY reserves the right to expand the eligibility terms in its sole discretion.
  3. Employees and their immediate families of AAAWCNY are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children.
  4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
  5. Participants enter the Promotion by commenting and liking her designated giveaway post or by entering the promotion entry page and complete the entry form.
  6. Only one entry may be filled out per person for the duration of the Promotion. Valid contest entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  7. The winning entry will be randomly selected by online randomizer software from the entries received between 12PM EST on August 4, 2026 and 12pm EST on August 9, 2026.The winning entry will be randomly selected on August 9, and communicated to the winning entrant by August 10. Winners will be contacted by a representative from AAAWCNY or Andrea Simon by either direct message or telephone and/or email.
  8. Entrants need not be present to win. AAAWCNY shall make one attempt to contact the winning entrant(s). In the event that a winning entrant does not respond, AAAWCNY may select an alternate winner. All decisions of AAAWCNY personnel regarding the picking of winners shall be final.
  9. The winning entry will receive one Premier AAA Membership (the "Prize"). No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for all or any portion of the Prize is allowed except at AAAWCNY's sole discretion. The Prize or any portion of the Prize is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash or another Prize. Unused components of the Prize have no redeemable cash value. AAAWCNY reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any portion of the Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize.
  10. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes on AAAWCNY's social media channels, website, and other marketing materials without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants give AAAWCNY permission to share their (First Name, Last Initial), and social media handle, where applicable.
  11. Entrants are restricted from any communication stating that they have been contacted or are a potential winner or winner until AAAWCNY has verified eligibility and AAAWCNY has notified them that he or she has been approved to communicate status.
  12. Entrants may opt-in to marketing emails from AAAWCNY via landing page entry. To opt out, simply check the unsubscribe link in any email you may receive.
  13. AAAWCNY or its agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected online submissions or miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
  14. This Promotion is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.
  15. By entering, participants release and hold harmless AAAWCNY, including its directors, officers, employees, or subsidiaries from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.
  16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the Promotion, AAAWCNY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion without notice to the entrants.
  17. Entry into the Promotion does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the Prize offered for the Promotion.
